I am reading the book now myself, but so far it's not been much use. If anyone has any practical examples of how we can use this in usability interviews I would love to liase.

I was at the clean language session and found it really interesting. I bought the book a couple of days afterwards and ploughed through it. Not all of the book is relevant to our industry, but a lot of it can be used. In fact, I have slipped a couple of clean language questions into a couple of meetings recently and had good results.
