		<description>I like the idea of making a few video clips of the &quot;finest moments&quot; and sharing them. I find videos from test sessions can be quite long and daunting for people with busy schedules, so I think this would be a good approach.</description>

		<description>Observing a user in her workplace: out of her colleagues&#039; earshot she confessed to me that there was not one site (in the domain of her profession which is healthcare) that she could use easily. She showed me a completely unrelated website (a graduate internship site that she was researching for her daughter) and said that if I could create a site like that she would be my friend for life.</description>
